We’re taking this weekend off. The next two weekends we plan to resume recording. I’ll keep you posted on the progress. We’ll re-emerge at the beginning of May with some nice chops and who knows maybe a couple of new tunes for everyone as well. Thanks for all your support.

Savannah’s didn’t work out. We were all set to open for Green Mountain Grass, which supposedly is a smoking bluegrass band from Austin, Texas. The problem is they cancelled, so no band and with no band then there’s no need for an opening band. Late addition and late scratch. Sorry to any of the superfans [...]

We did some recording on Saturday and got some good takes of “Assembly Line Woman” and “I Won’t Make it to the Door.” We recorded everything live at Johnny’s recording compound in Rensellearville. We still need Rick to add some Pedal Steel and we’ll have 3 or 4 in the can for the next Cd. [...]
